photographer | filmmaker

As a wedding photographer and videographer who leans into candid moments and a documentary style, I believe in capturing real life in a way that’s beautiful and honest.

My reason why.

The more images I create, the closer I feel to wrapping my head around why we make images of each other. Something about expressing things through imagery - emotions, thoughts, ideas - I think will be a lifelong obsession of mine.

Cameras have allowed me to experience things and go places I never would have dreamed of. Perhaps they’ll take me even further still.

Weddings & Other Work

Outside of my wedding work, I photograph other projects, such as tourism campaigns, live music and festivals, and commercials.

Working on a variety of projects in different genres has helped to sharpen my skills, expose me to different scenarios and problems to solve, and give me a bunch of inspiration.

You can check out some of my non-wedding work here.

I’m extremely intrigued by historical imagery. Seeing photos and footage from the past and getting a short look into how things were is fascinating to me.

It’s even more fascinating when the people in those images are ones you know and care about.

My goal is create images that become more valuable over time.

I think it’s ok to romanticize your life sometimes. To put on some rose-colored glasses and remember when things were good.

People aren’t around forever and I would wager that it’s a near impossibility that everyone at your wedding will all be together at the same time ever again.

I take home just as many memories from them as you will. And that’s certainly something to want to keep coming back to.
